Some teammates improvise. Others chase speed. Some don't trust agents at all. The course builds a common approach without asking anyone to outsource their judgment.
Align before you build. Grilling surfaces hidden assumptions and gets your teammates and your agent to the same understanding of the problem.
Put your standards into practice. Work through the full loop, then use skills and steering documents to point the agent at your own coding standards instead of its defaults.
Understand what is happening. Inspect the requests your harness sends to the model. Practise managing context and reviewing generated code, so the team takes control instead of guessing.
A few practical questions
Do we need to learn at the same time? No. The course is self-paced. Each person works through the lessons on their own schedule, and you assign seats from your account whenever you are ready.
Do we use our production code? The course includes a shared practice codebase. Your team then applies the techniques to its own projects.
Do we all need Claude Code? Matt teaches with Claude Code, and both Claude Code and Codex are supported in the material. The focus is the workflow, not one tool.
Can we get an invoice? Yes.
